Reservations
When
making reservations for a series of services, treatments, or spa
programs, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required unless you are redeeming a
gift card. Please have your gift card number available when
booking your reservation.
Payment
AJ's Spa
Millennium honors Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. Personal checks are accepted with proper
identification.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please
allow 48 hours when canceling a spa program and 24 hours when
canceling a spa single service. If less notice is given when
using a gift card, the value of the gift will be reduced. If no
notice is given and you fail to honor your appointment, the gift
card will be declared void of the amount of the service. If you
make your appointment with a credit card and fail to keep your
appointment, you will be charged in full for your appointment.
When canceling an appointment, please record the name of our spa
representative taking the cancellation.
Gratuities
Spa
Gratuities are not included in the service price or spa
packages. It is your personal preference. If choosing to leave
a gratuity, it may be added to your bill or left personally with
the technician. You may leave the gratuity envelope with the
desk personnel for the technician.
Group Events
Please note: For groups of 5 or more a 20% gratuity will
automatically be added to the service total.

important to us. We want to make your experience on our website
as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, and we want you to use

When purchasing gift
cards, products or classes from our website, visitors are asked
to provide certain information such as name, address, telephone
number, and billing information (such as a credit card number).
The personal information
collected during the sales process will not be sold, rented, or
given to anyone or any other company. It will only be used to
process the sales order and confirmation of orders. The email
address may be used to update the customer of the specials and
events that are taking place at AJS Spa Millennium.
